5. Do you plan to have alcohol at you’re event? Please choose one of the following options that you would like to apply to you’re event. Chapel arts is mandated by the city to control the bar for any event it hosts.

Alcohol will not be served at this event.

-Bar provided and run by Chapel Arts.
-$800 bar gurantee.
-Renter makes up 50% of shortfall.
-Liquor license fee of $25 provided by renter.
-Additional insurance is always recommended for groups over 80 people.
-Drink tickets can also be negotiated for cash bars.

-Renter supplies free alcohol for event.
-Bar staff provided by Chapel Arts for fee of $32.50 per hour including gratuity.
-No revenue generated from alcohol.
-Liquor license fee of $25 provided by renter.
-Renters pay $10 per head with minimum of $500.
-One Chapel Arts bar representative for every 2 bar staff provided by renter.
-Additional bar staff must have a Serving It Right license.
-Additional insurance is strongly recommended for Open Bar Option.”

8. Do you plan to use any of our in-house assets (please see website)? If yes, which ones?

9. Have you been down to Chapel Arts? Are you familiar with the venue? If not when would you like to come down for a tour. Our hours are Wednesday to Saturday, noon to 6pm.
