Rental Rates

Weekdays (Monday — Thursday)*

• $100 per hour (before 6pm)
• $150 per hour (after 6pm)
• Plus applicable taxes

Weekends (Friday – Sunday)*

• $150 per hour (before 6pm)
• $200 per hour (after 6pm)
• Plus applicable taxes

Basic rentals include:

• Rental of hall
• Guest access to all parlour rooms & gallery
• All In-House Assets are usable by renter

*3-hour minimum rental for daytime bookings and 4-hour minimum rental for evening bookings. All rentals are subject to a written event description or properly filled out online booking request form. Renter may be responsible for his or her own insurance, event license and staff. Hourly rates are used as a basis for contracts and are subject to change depending on agreement. Stat holidays are subject to an increased hourly rate.
